Ready to elevate your B2B brand?

TopRank Marketing drives results with content, influencer, SEO & social media marketing.

Back in 2010, B2B marketing was all about white papers, webinars, and figuring out how to make Twitter work for lead gen. Content marketing was just gaining momentum, marketing automation was a shiny new toy, and proving ROI meant wrestling with spreadsheets. It was also the year we first published the Women Who Rock in Marketing list.

Fifteen years later with our focus on B2B, marketing has certainly changed. Strategy is smarter, tech, especially AI, is more powerful and the need for creativity is stronger than ever. Through it all, women have been driving a lot of that change by leading teams, building brands, and breaking barriers.

So, why would I publish a list of top women in marketing over 13 years? Back in 2010 I was included on a list of social media marketing pros and there weren’t any women on it, which I thought was strange. So I made my own list of women who “rocked” at social media marketing. Then, each year for 12 more years we published lists to recognize women marketing as part of TopRank Marketing’s mission to elevate the B2B marketing industry and shine a light on talent.

This 2025 edition of Women Who Rock in B2B Marketing is a celebration of women that are passionate about the craft, impactful in their work and as leaders, and respected by peers. We reached out to honorees from the past 13 annual lists and invited nominations, resulting in an impressive group of nominees from brands that include AT&T, Atlassian, Cisco, F5, IBM, LinkedIn, NVIDIA, PTC, Qualcomm, SAP, Zillow and more.

As we close out Women’s History Month, here is a list of 24 women in B2B marketing to follow, learn from and be inspired by:
